Firefly Yoga

Firefly Yoga is an independent yoga studio in Cwmfelinfach, South Wales. We offer seven different styles of yoga including, hot yoga, yin yoga and partner yoga. All of classes are suitable for beginners right through to advanced yogis. All of our non-hot classes are also open to children aged 5+ (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult). The studio is owned and run by me, Sophie. I am a fully qualified yoga instructor and have experience of teaching people with both minor and major health issues as well as pregnant women. As well as our regular timetable we offer private bookings both on a 1-on-1 basis and for small or large groups. These are great for individuals, sports and corporate groups. I also offer corporate yoga which can be conducted at your business premises.
