Fendix has created the only online network of NHS organisations providing unrivalled digital access to the NHS staff through their trusted staff intranets. The platform provides a unique, secure and compliant channel, through which organisations can engage both healthcare professionals and other NHS staff, along with the patient population, with valuable content designed to improve staff knowledge, therefore optimising effectiveness to improve patient outcomes. Fendix has pioneered a model that enables organisations to disseminate professionally relevant messages and content to specific NHS staff audiences within their highly trusted online work environment. In addition to helping to provide relevant information on NHS staff intranets, Fendix also enables organisations to place content for the public on NHS patient-facing websites. The company has so far secured 71 long-term contracts with NHS Trusts, covering more than 300 hospitals, 450,000 healthcare professionals and around five million patients. All the contracted NHS organisations in the Fendix network receive a revenue share, which can be used to improve patient care.
