The Federal Employment Law Training Group is an SBA-certified Woman Owned Small Business that is dedicated to improving the quality and efficiency of the federal government’s accountability systems, and promoting a diverse and inclusive civil service by providing high-quality and engaging training to the individuals who serve our country FELTG’s comprehensive educational seminars cover a wide range of federal personnel law issues including performance and conduct, whistleblower retaliation claims, EEO law fundamentals, EEOC and MSPB precedent and procedures, reasonable accommodation, harassment prevention, administrative litigation techniques, FMLA and other leave, labor relations, and arbitration. FELTG also presents training for supervisors and managers on best personnel practices in the workplace.
