Falls Fitness

Our goal is to provide a more local and friendly environment where we can provide excellent customer service instead of being part of a big corporate label. We are a Full Service Gym, including Group Classes:Zumba, Spinning, Les Mills Pump, Bootcamp and more. Personal Training is available! We also offer Falls Fit Classes that differ from your typical bootcamp because the classes are actually taught by a degreed/certified Personnel Trainer. The trainers are there to teach you exercises like form and technique. It's best described as a small group personal training session. From beginner to athlete Falls Fitness puts YOU first!
