Evil Ink Comics is an independent publisher and house of creation owned by Coheed and Cambria‘s Claudio Sanchez. Their roster of graphic and prose novels includes the hugely popular sci-fi series, The Amory Wars: Second Stage Turbine Blade, In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth:3, Good Apollo I’m Burning Star IV and Year of the Black Rainbow; musical dark comedy Kill Audio; zombie thriller Key of Z; and a superhero deconstruction tale Translucid. In 2016 they released the children’s book Kid Crazy and the Kilowatt King. Evil Ink has worked with dozens of great artists, including Tony Moore (The Walking Dead), Chris Burnham (Batman Incorporated), Aaron Kuder (Action Comics), Daniel Bayliss (The Deal), Rags Morales (Action Comics) as well as acclaimed writer Peter David (Incredible Hulk). Claudio Sanchez knows a little bit about progressive music. His career has spanned 17 years and 9 albums, likely encompassing the longest concept album arc in the history of rock ‘n roll. In effort to further support and promote his beloved complex genre, he launched a label dedicated to sharing a wealth of future talent.
