EverPass Media

EverPass Media is a new media platform that will distribute NFL Sunday Ticket to commercial establishments in the United States starting with the 2023 NFL season. The service will provide bars, restaurants, hotels, and other commercial venues with access to all out-of-market Sunday afternoon games on a non-exclusive basis through all participating cable and satellite providers. EverPass Media is backed by Redbird Capital and the NFL, through its strategic investment arm 32 Equity and will be led by Derek Chang and Alex Kaplan, seasoned media executives with over 25 years of experience in sports and entertainment. The platform's goal is to create a new model for commercial sports rights distribution globally, allowing commercial establishments to deliver the content that their customers desire. EverPass Media plans to grow its content offering beyond NFL Sunday Ticket and provide businesses with a broader premium live sports and entertainment service in the US and globally. RedBird is funding the creation of EverPass, and the NFL, through its strategic investment arm 32 Equity, will also make an equity investment. The NFL is the most popular live television content in sports and entertainment, with 49 of the top 50 and 92 of the top 100 most-watched programs on U.S. television last year being NFL games.
