Recreation centers, aquatic facilities, outdoor community pools, athletic training facilities, spas, parks maintenance offices, and public works storage are some of the project types in which we specialize. When clients are in the investigation phase, feasibility studies, master plans, and community engagement help everyone dream as we lead clients through design solutions. We know the best practices for lobby operations that work, life-cycle design, and user circulation that maximizes programmable space. By diligently listening to clients and taking the time to communicate our ideas, we guide them through the process to realize the project’s vision while remaining within budget. Our team is actively managing the new Pueblo West Indoor Aquatic Center, Laramie County Community College Recreation Athletic Complex Renovation (PlanOne Architects) and the Adams County South Parks Maintenance Facility renovation and expansion.
