Elwyn Specialty Care

Elwyn Specialty Care is a closed door pharmacy located in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania and is a part of the Elwyn Pharmacy Group. We built a new state-of-the art facility to service long-term care and specialty patients. The patients we serve live at home and in skilled and assisted living facilities, intermediate care facilities, group homes, personal care homes, and correctional facilities. Our goal is to achieve optimal patient outcomes through compliance and delivery of individualized medication therapy management in an environment that both contains costs and maximizes patient satisfaction and adherence.
