Our team will be with you every step of the way! Top of the line Athletic Performance equipment to take our athletes to the next level, including a 30 yard indoor training turf with four 1.22 meter track lanes. Our proven performance programs developed by Co-Owner and former NFL player Brandon Bennett. Recovery after exercise is essential to performance. Elite Total Fitness offers on-site Athletic Recovery rooms with Hydrotherapy Cold & Hot Plunge tubs and NormaTec Compression Therapy room, along with many other recovery tools you may need. And for those who prefer unique and high energy group fitness classes over one on one style training, we’ve got you covered in our Elite Studio.
