Ezy Service Centre is a Business Process Outsource (BPO) company. Our main service centre was established in 2010 in Manila, The Philippines.
ESC has worked with clients in Australia, New Zealand, and USA. We specialise in supporting small and medium size businesses to fully leverage and realise the cost savings and flexibility of offshoring.
Our Australian directors and management are permanently based in Manila and take a hands-on approach to leading day to day operations. The team brings many years of experience in leading successful offshore operations, with a special focus on instilling an Australian business and service culture throughout our operations.
We differentiate ourselves from some other outsourcing companies in that we do not take a one size fits all approach, where the Client is asked to adapt to a standardised way of doing things. Rather, we believe in building a team that is an extension of your own team, operating and engaging closely with your onshore team, and integrating seamlessly with your systems and processes.
