Dooley's Hotel is a 3* family run hotel set on the bustling quays of Waterford, Ireland’s oldest city. It’s a third generation owned and managed hotel. We do this through a number of means: We have recently refurbished and upgraded some of the rooms and suites in our 113 bedroom hotel and provide modern day hotel catering for the corporate, family and coach tour markets. In The New Ship Restaurant you will encounter a peaceful atmosphere. We live by the motto "Food Without Pretences": Back-to- basics, delicious food, & drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Our vision is founded on enjoying food as a fundamental quality of life, always aiming at preserving the purity of the original flavour. Because of the dedication of its producers, the South East offers an incredible collection of fresh food products. The Dry Dock Bar is a typical Irish bar frequented by locals and tourists a like. Whilst Dooley’s provides all of these contemporary facilities, we strongly believe in retaining the traditional values and comforts of a third generation hotel.
