Directoria De Obras Publicas, DTOP

The Directoria de Obras Publicas of the Puerto Rico Department of Transportation and Public Works is responsable for all of the islands state roads and bridges with the exception of the Expressways. Those are under the maintenance of the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority. At Directoria de Obras Publicas, DTOP repavement and reconstruction of state roads and bridges is our daily work. We have seven regional offices and the Area of Design, Reconstruction and Conservation and the Directors Office at our centralized facilities at the Minillas Government Center in Santurce, Puerto Rico.
