CrossFit Little Creek

CrossFit is a fitness program and community designed to be effective for all ages, abilities, and experience levels. Every workout is scalable to the intensity needs of the individual, while still achieving the stimulus needed in order to convince our bodies to improve! The goal is to improve general physical preparedness, and with components of weightlifting, gymnastics, and every day functional movements all contributing to our programming, it is possible to see improvements in many different parts of your life! You won’t have to lift weights beyond your capabilities, or perform movements beyond your abilities. We pride ourselves on working with people of all ability levels and making them better. We are encouraging of anyone who is willing to work hard and keep an open mind to CrossFit principles.
