Established in 2016, Coulomb & Joule Risk Management LLC (CJRM) is an integrated Construction Management firm that offers Site Safety and Environmental Services, Project/Program Management Services, Construction Inspections etc. We provide our public and private sector clients, and prime contractors with a comprehensive suite of services, for transit projects, infrastructure, major building construction and rehabilitation, and disaster recovery. Under the leadership of the founder CJRM has sustained growth to include public works and infrastructure projects in New York and New Jersey. Our company’s strength lies within the combined commitment of our people, many of whom are passionate leaders within the company.
