Complete Sports Management, LLC (CSM) is a socially-responsible enterprise led by successful business and sports industry entrepreneurs, executives and luminaries sharply focused on positively disrupting, innovating, and evolving the amateur and youth sports ecosystem. We see a plethora of opportunity to make positive change within this industry, with our primary business tenets summarized as: -- Athlete-first events: this $5B+ industry has in many ways moved away from true mission and focus -- Full talent-spectrum: provide tournaments, leagues and clinics for elite thru the casually-competitive athlete -- Do things better, innovative, non-stale : the entire amateur athletic event landscape and ecosystem can be made better in so many ways -- Social responsibility: while a for-profit entity, CSM will pioneer community outreach, profit share, scholarships and charitable giving in this space -- Inclusion: constant identification for scholarship event entries for teams, participants and other outreach events & organizing events centered on diversity, and inclusive of veterans and participants with disabilities. We also uniquely collaborate with our host clubs, municipalities, venue management and other stakeholders to provide a win-win regarding profitability, re-investment and charitable giving.
