Community Heroes

Established in 2012, Community Heroes is a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to inspire a “me” to “we” mindset that sparks social activism and human connection. Our vision: Community Heroes is an inclusive, socially aware organization that responds to the changing needs in communities, inspires participation and enhances human connection. Our organization has engaged 6000+ Marin County public and private school students (and their families) through school programs, workshops, service events including the Community Heroes Annual Day of Giving. We cultivate youth activists, equipping them with 21st century skills to be positive agents of change.
