We look at our favorite foods and figure out how to make them better. Our original product is based on a patent pending crafted blend of two simple ingredients. The Cluck ‘n Moo™ Chicken Burger with Grass-fed Beef came about because our founder Steve Gold wanted to make his wife’s request for a less fattening but juicy burger a reality. After more than a year of trial and error testing, the result is a USDA approved hybrid burger that contains 52% less fat, 57% less saturated fat and 34% fewer calories than an all beef burger and more juiciness than a chicken burger. It is made from antibiotic- and hormone-free chicken and antibiotic- and hormone-free grass-fed beef. We also produce a ground mix product. The Cluck ‘n Moo™ Chicken Burger with Grass-fed Beef and Kale has the same attributes and the added nutritional benefits of organic kale. Soon we will be introducing Gobble ‘n Moo™ Turkey Burger with Grass-Fed Beef and Gobble ‘n Moo™ Ground, which will give burger lovers a juicy and healthful alternative to turkey burgers. Gobble ‘n Moo has 65% less fat, 57% less saturated fat and 40% fewer calories than a typical grass-fed beef burger and more protein. More product line extensions are in planning.
