Cloud Light Technology Limited (“Cloud Light”) designs, markets, and manufactures advanced optical modules for datacenter interconnect and optical sensor for automotive applications. Headquartered in Hong Kong, Cloud Light was founded in 2018 as a spin-off from TDK Corporation. It has facilities strategically located in the region, including research and development centers in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and state-of-art manufacturing facilities in Southern China and in South East Asia. Cloud Light has a solid technical foundation with 100+ filed patents and is supported by a strong multicultural research and development team with 15+ years of optical product design and manufacturing experience. Our development team is composed of >30% PhD and >50% master’s degree holders in optoelectronics, material science, photonics integration and manufacturing technologies. Our technology experts push the technology envelope while maintaining perspective with manufacturing and quality demands.
