We offer a variety of products and services, including: General Physical Care: Our comprehensive portfolio of medical services covers a broad spectrum of health needs. We provide robust pediatric services, including well-child exams, growth monitoring, immunizations, and early detection screenings to ensure the health and development of our young patients. Our adult care services range from routine physical examinations and chronic disease management to preventive health services, with a focus on early identification and control of potential health risks. Behavioral Health Counseling: Our team of behavioral health professionals provides a compassionate therapeutic environment, offering support for a range of mental health issues including anxiety and depression. As part of our commitment to proactive care, we also provide regular screenings for these conditions. Our integration type is called Collaborative Care Management or CoCM. We selected this type of integration it is the most comprehensive level of integration as it allows us to provide our patients with both physical and mental health care from the same provider. Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) has been shown to be effective in improving patient outcomes. Patients who received care in our program are more likely to be adherent to their treatment plans and have lower rates of hospitalization than patients who received care in a traditional primary care setting or other types of behavioral health integrations. We firmly believe that healthcare should be both accessible and affordable. To that end, we accept various forms of payment, including insurance, cash, and credit.
