Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator

The Dare to Lead Facilitator Certification Program is an empirically based training and certification program for leadership and organizational development professionals, based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The focus of our training and certification program is courage-building. Specifically, we train facilitators how to teach the skills, practices, and tools that underpin the four skill sets of courage: Rumbling with Vulnerability, Living into Our Values, Braving Trust, and Learning to Rise. Once certified, you can bring the Dare to Lead courage-building process into your existing work with individuals, teams, and organizations, as well as offer workshops, trainings, and coaching. You will also be part of a wholehearted community of brave professionals who learn from each other and share best practices.
