Cannabuzz started as a pipe dream (get it, pipe dream? 😂). I wasn't sure there was a way to combine my love for cannabis with my social media and customer service knowledge. However, with the legalization of recreational cannabis use in California I knew that it was either jump now or miss my chance.
As someone who not only visits dispensaries but also has 15 years in the customer service industry, I know what consumers are looking for when it comes to social media interaction. At Cannabuzz I make sure to focus on the things that make your dispensary or company unique. I will also work with you to identify the problem areas of your social media strategy, so that you can be confident you are putting your best side out there and really creating the right buzz for your audience.
