What began as a grassroots festival in the small town of Monterey, Calif., The California Roots Music and Arts Festival is now one of the largest and more unique festivals in the country. Combining elements of art, music, and environmental consciousness, The California Roots Music and Arts Festival will enter its fifth and most electrifying year to date.
