We have been processing specialty coffee from the high Dipilto-Jalapa Region in the Northern part of Nicaragua, exporting it to 14 different countries around the world. CAFETOS DE SEGOVIA was formed by Ana and Martha Albir, conducting the family coffee business in the third generation, as a response to the high demand for transparent and socially responsible connections to Nicaraguan coffee farmers. The company works together with its partner farms and coffee buyers around the world with a view to establishing long-lasting relationships. This coffee is exclusively arabica and typically in the quality range of 83-90, including the coffee varieties of Maragogype, Catuai, Borbon, Pacamara, Maracaturra, Catimore.
