Brownstone NYC (BNYC) is a family owned and managed real estate investment & renovations company. Its mission is to buy distressed assets while providing full service renovations and rehabilitation services to the New York/New Jersey market of commercial, single family & multi-family real estate. The company has experience with over 70+ formerly distressed residential/commercial real estate in New York City. The current strategy is to do gut renovations for resale and provide rentals in the NYC, Westchester County (Mt. Vernon), and Long Island marketplace. This represents about $50 million in committed capital to these projects. The management team and advisers have over 100 years combined experience as entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, investment bankers and construction professionals. This positions the company to strategically take advantage of their relationships with Investors, Bankers, Hedge Funds, Hard Money Lenders and Financial institutions.
