Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts has been teaching the art of cake design, decorating and sugarcraft since 2008.
When Bonnie Gordon chose to make the transition from cake designer to teacher, it was based on years of experience in both the educational field and as one of Canada’s leading wedding cake designers. As an educator, she understood the importance of nurturing the creative ability in each student, regardless of skill level. The passion her students felt was infectious and Bonnie knew her destiny lay in sharing her knowledge with others; in 2008 she opened the Bonnie Gordon School of Cake Design, which has since become an accredited private career college and is now known worldwide as the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts.
Today, Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts is a leader in the field. Our instructors are highly skilled, industry professionals. They each share a passion for excellence in confectionary education and understand the importance of nurturing each student’s creative potential regardless of experience or background. The college has produced some of Toronto’s finest cake designers through its career programmes as well as Continuing Education classes.
