BVS has held over 2,500 events and gained an impressive roster of over 1,000+ nationwide clients that include many of the top bio-pharma companies and suppliers. BVS Founder and CEO, Pamela Gardner is a trailblazer in promoting thought leadership and empowerment in the science industry. This self-described “Bad-Ass Butterfly,” is fearlessly on a mission to help others tackle the tough equity issues of female empowerment and systemic racism to break through the barriers that exist within the system.
