Our 45-minute sessions are engineered to maximise your heart rate and calories burned, we’ll even work on meal plans and goal setting at our seminars to ensure your journey doesn’t end once you leave the mat. Our studios are equipped with custom-made 7ft, 120kg bags - perfect for female boxers - and academies sport a range of weighted torsion bars, kettle bells, TRX systems and supportive mat flooring.
