BIS is a graduate and PhD consulting firm at UC Berkeley. We partner with clients on projects running 8-10 weeks, where teams of ~5 student-consultants tackle a strategic problem or opportunity over about ~225 hours. Our consultants usually have 4-8 years of work experience and are drawn from across the 11,000 graduate and professional students at UC Berkeley, which allows the management team to find the right team for a client's challenge - business professionals, engineers, lawyers, educators, journalists, public policy administrators, computer scientists, and more!
