Our beach house vacation rentals are located in diverse and premiere beach neighborhoods - from small and quiet "away from it all" communities, to dynamic and convenient locations in downtown Santa Cruz. We have beach house rentals in the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor area that are within walking distance to pet-friendly Twin Lakes Beach and the Crow's Nest Restaurant. We have spacious beach house rentals on the West Side, near Natural Bridges, UCSC, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and downtown Pacific Street. We have vacation home rentals in the highly desirable areas of Aptos, from Rio Del Mar and Seascape Resort, to charming little Seacliff Village! We have several oceanfront beach cottage rentals located in the middle of Sunset Beach State Park, a little hamlet - consisting of 60 private homes located on a bluff, overlooking a wide sandy beach with views from Moss Landing to Santa Cruz! Many of our beach house vacation rentals are located in top-surf spot locations near Pleasure Point, Steamer's Lane, Manresa and Sunny Cove, and all of our vacation homes are either on, or near, the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary.
