In addition a range of fitness sessions take place - fitness gym, indoor & outdoor training, Bootcamp, and so on. As well as being a popular sports venue, the centre also caters for a whole range of leisure activities and offers full Conferencing facilities. Blue Flames has 3 licensed function rooms, varying in capacity fro 100 to 250 people.
