We are a full service butcher shop in downtown Seattle’s Pike Place Market. Specializing in natural, grass-fed meats, including Beef, Pork, Poultry and Game from local ranchers. BB Ranch is the connector between your family and the best the soil can produce.The historical Pike’s Place Market has entrusted us to bring you our Ranch to Plate™ philosophy. A wealth of knowledge churned with technology. (Yes, we do offer cowboy boots to the scientist when they come out to help us.) We want to help grow a healthy generation, not fattening our kids with processed products. We offer the entire animal, the best the USDA will allow. Lean or marbled, we want you to be able to accommodate any recipe. We can even help you in the creativity department as we have ‘a bit’ of experience with cooking our products too.
