BAM brings trading signals to the illiquid financial asset space. It reads, filters and converts zillions of news articles and bits daily. It is creating a marketplace for secondary trading of illiquid financial assets where professional institutional accredited investors (buyers and sellers) will act internally or interact externally. BAM’s vision is to use technology to provide clients with a secure environment where their investment management is dramatically improved using proprietary algorithms and their universe of potential counter-parties is vastly expanded. Transacting in illiquid financial markets is very inefficient. Often, investors are never made aware of assets that could interest them or are hesitant to pursue opportunities for fear of lack of information or information leakages. Moreover, investment decisions in these markets are frequently ad hoc, time consuming and made without considering the tremendous benefits that data and networks provide. We exist in reaction to these core problems, voiced by players in the illiquid and distressed financial instruments markets.
