Aleia’s founder is Kimberly Snow. A culinary trained chef, Kim herself is gluten intolerant. With her training as a baker from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, and her vast experience, Kim and her team of culinary trained chefs have an absolute understanding of gluten free baking.
Aleia’s is very active in the community including Celiac Support Groups and Expo’s (Nation Wide), Autism Organizations, Children's Hospitals, Celiac Camps, Food Banks and Fundraisers.
