The San Andres property consists of San Andres Concession, Tercera Ampliacion de San Andres Concession and El Dorado Concessions. The El Dorado concessions consist of approximately two concessions. The San Andres property is approximately 5, 760 hectares in area. It is located in the Sierra Madre Occidental of Durango State, Mexico. The Company has no operating revenue.
