Absolute Energy (“AE”) is an independent investment platform and principal investor focused on renewable energies. Formed from the spin-off of the Deutsche Bank Renewable Energy Principal Finance Team in 2009, AE’s track-record totals over 3,000 MW developed in different renewable energy technologies throughout Europe. Since its foundation, AE has been directly involved with the development and co-investment in PV Projects totalling over 450 MW. AE has also invested its own capital resources in different solar PV Projects in Italy totalling circa 20MW and still owns and operates a 9MW plant in Rome. Absolute Energy’s vision has anticipated how the epochal shift in energy generation and distribution technologies as well as digitalisation will transform Emerging Markets’ socio-economic development.
