We also offer Lines of credit for Foreclosures, Short Sales and REO properties from $200,000 - $10,000,000. Multiple lines of credit are available to accomplish larger transactions. ACC also offers traditional loan products such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Second Trust Deeds, Reverse Mortgages as well as Traditional Jumbo Loans.
