5 Spoke Creamery

5 Spoke Creamery was born from the owner's (Alan Glustoff) passion for wonderful European cheeses. To achieve the quality he was looking for, Alan bought an old dairy farm in Goshen, NY and brought it back to life. The barn and milk house were renovated; a below ground European style aging room was built along with a cheese making room above. It's here that Alan makes his acclaimed raw milk cheeses. In keeping with our commitment to sustainability , 5 Spoke Creamery is 100% solar powered. Everything from our dairy barn and milk parlor to our cheese making facility and cave are solar powered. And, to help combat the decimation of the bee population due to widespread pesticides, 5 Spoke Creamery is the first pollinator program test site in New York.
