Information
Tagline: Invest in the people to improve the process. Well Works was built to equip individuals within the construction industry with the "essential skills" (i.e., Social Skills like Communication, Critical Thinking, Respect, Self-Control, Motivation, etc.) necessary to build successful people, projects, and teams.  The Well Works Leadership Development Program (WWLDP) is the current primary product/program offering. It is optimized for those in construction who don't typically have access to these tools, our field, our trades, and our boots-on-the-ground industry members, but available to anyone and everyone who works in the construction industry. Built to equip industry members with tools and information to lead our teams efficiently and effectively in our fast-paced, high-stress industry. This mobile-based, micro-learning program is specifically built using first-hand construction experience to work with our hectic schedules (not against them) by providing actionable resources relevant to everyday construction challenges without ever having to leave the job site. Since it is mobile, it is available nationwide.  Amy Powell, the current owner and founder of Well Works, designs, builds, and conducts leadership mindset training for those within the construction industry. With over 18 years of construction experience, the majority of it as a Project Manager for a Commercial GC, she noticed the lack of training and information focused on the "boots on the ground" leadership to best lead our diverse construction teams. Tired of looking for the "right tools for the job," she decided to roll up her sleeves, collect her MEd in Adult Education, and build these tools to equip fellow industry members with "leadership mindsets" to help in their current and future roles.
