As sprawling agencies and corporate institutions crowded the market, Sierra Vista Realty has not only survived but flourished by adhering to the principles that founder Bob Watkins believed in: establishing long-term relationships with clients based on trust and high ethical standards, and personalizing the professional services it delivers to every client. Our methodology hasn't changed. We continue to do what we've always done -- work closely with our clients to plan a comprehensive strategy that will be successful for whatever market trends we're facing. With sellers, we help them understand the current market, manage their expectations and properly price, prepare and stage a home for sale. With buyers, we work to educate them about the market, helping them to really determine their wants and needs and set realistic expectations around financing and budget.
