Rockport Terminals is a multi-modal, port facility with Intracoastal barge and rail access. The property is in the early stages of development and is a blank canvas for operators looking to establish a location in the booming Corpus Christi/South Texas region. Major projects are in the construction phase close to Rockport Terminals making the property well situated to take advantage of the activity. The terminal is the only privately owned port facility in the Texas Gulf Coast that has water, rail, and road access and is outside the jurisdiction of a Port Authority. Terminal and Port Capabilities -60,000bbls a day transfer rate is possible with the current infrastructure. Rockport Terminals dock, pipeline, and pump system are rated at +2,500bbl per hour. The product can arrive by barge and go out by truck, barge, or future rail. -Concept designs are done for two liquids terminal areas on-site; one waterside and one next to the existing tanks.
