Kooshy is a premium CPG baked goods brand dedicated to making all natural, delicious products with a fun, inclusive brand personality that's attuned to the modern shopper. Kooshy Croutons are our first product because we love croutons but couldn't find anything on the shelf that didn’t have enriched white flour or look like it was from 1985. Our croutons are all natural, Non-GMO Project Verified and made from fresh, hearth baked sourdough bread. There’s a crouton for every salad and our innovative flavors have you covered. Pretty tasty snack as well : ) Real Bread Makes Real Croutons. Bread is in our DNA. Kooshy was founded by two brothers obsessed with bread. While other kids screamed for ice cream, they begged for a beautiful, crusty sourdough loaf. Now they bring that same excitement to every bag of Kooshy Croutons. Bonus Info: Kooshy comes from the word couche (pronounced koosh) which is a traditional proofing cloth used in the bread baking process.
