ISHN works to establish, operate and administer a provider-sponsored health care delivery network and entering into separate and joint arrangements with employers, third-party payers, insurers and other third party payors of health care services a non-exclusive network of physicians, hospitals and other health care providers capable of providing high quality, cost-efficient Medical Services to the Subscribers of such Payers' health benefit plans.
