Effie’s Bridal was opened in 2014 by Burnsville native Paula Coulter. “Owning a bridal store had always been a dream I wanted to pursue. As most do, you find yourself in a career that makes you happy but doesn’t fully fulfill ones soul.” After being amongst one of the many severely injured in the devastating 35W bridge collapse in Minneapolis, her mindset shifted on where her life would lead her. In four words, Effie’s Bridal has been described as: Elegant. Sophisticated. Fashionable. Welcoming. Our brides are a top priority! We communicate with the bride throughout her customized and personal appointment and are on the brides’ side and a part of her tribe during the visit.
