Delmar DivINe is an innovation hub and economic catalyst in St. Louis City's West End neighborhood. The space will bring together non-profits in health, education & human services. The reimagining of the former St. Luke’s Hospital is the vision of Build-A-Bear Workshop founder Maxine Clark.
